Return and Exchange Policy
●If a product needs to be returned or exchanged, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs both ways. If the order originally qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping cost will also be charged. If you cannot accept this return and exchange policy, please refrain from purchasing.
●Accounts with more than two returns or exchanges within a year (including the second occurrence) will be locked, and further purchases will be restricted. We recommend using Email or our official Line account to inquire about size details before placing an order.
●Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

7-Day Inspection Period
●According to consumer protection laws, online purchases are entitled to a 7-day inspection period. Please note that this is a grace period, not a trial period. If a return is requested within this period, the product must remain in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
●Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt. For defective items, please send photos and a description of the issue to our customer service email at freakyhousetw@gmail.com within 7 days (including holidays). We cannot be held responsible for defects reported after this period.

Conditions Not Eligible for Return
●Minor color variations, unmet style expectations, size issues, leather textures, and mismatched styles are not considered defects. Please place an order only if you accept these conditions.
●Returned items must include all original packaging (e.g., box, seals, and any included gifts). Missing items may result in a partial fee or affect the eligibility for a return.
●Items that have been opened, tried on, have tags removed, or cannot be restored to their original packaging condition are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Packaging
●Please ensure that returned items are packaged securely and separately. Do not use the product packaging (e.g., shoe boxes) as the outer packaging for returns. If the original packaging is damaged or if the product is damaged during transit, returns and exchanges will not be processed.
