Return & Exchange Policy｜Please Read Before Purchase

1. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping fee will also be deducted. If you cannot accept these terms, please do not proceed with the purchase.

2. If your account reaches two or more return/exchange requests within one year, your account will be locked and further purchases will not be allowed. We strongly recommend contacting us via email or LINE Official Account for sizing advice before placing your order.

3. All sale/discounted items are final sale and non-returnable/non-exchangeable. Please confirm you accept this condition before purchasing. If not acceptable, please refrain from ordering. Thank you for your understanding.

4. According to the Consumer Protection Act, full-priced items are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (this does not apply to discounted items). Please note, this is not a trial period. Returned items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

5. To protect both parties, please record a full video of the unboxing process and inspect the product immediately upon receipt.

6. If you discover a defect, please contact our customer service at freakyhousetw@gmail.com within 7 days (including holidays). Your email must include the unboxing video, clear product photos, and a description of the issue. Late requests will not be accepted.

7. The following conditions are not considered defects:

• Color differences due to monitor displays

• Differences from personal expectations, sizing issues

• Natural leather textures, subjective preferences such as style mismatch
  Please purchase only if you agree with these terms.

8. Returned items must include original packaging (outer bags, seals, gifts, etc.). Missing items may incur additional charges or affect your eligibility for a return.

9. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been unsealed, worn, has damaged tags, or if the packaging cannot be restored to its original state.

10. Do not use the product’s original packaging (e.g., shoe box) as the outer shipping box. Please repack the item securely. Returns damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted.

11. All size measurements are done manually and may have a margin of error of ±3cm, which is considered normal and not a valid reason for return or exchange.
