awasa Supima Aging Cotton Half Zip Sweatshirt Black is part of the brand’s classic Supima Aging sweatshirt series. Inspired by 1950s-60s American sportswear, it updates the half-zip sweatshirt into a relaxed everyday piece with a refined black color that keeps the styling clean and understated. It works naturally with wide trousers, fatigue pants, denim, or layered between shirts and outerwear.

The fabric uses a finer 35/2 mid-weight yarn for a lighter feel than a conventional heavy sweatshirt. The loopback cotton is knitted from double-ply Pima cotton in Wakayama and treated with a specialized aging process available at a single factory in Tokyo’s Katsushika Ward. The result is a soft, durable, and resilient cotton sweatshirt that reflects awasa’s precise approach to everyday essentials.
