【Product Description 】

We create strong, flexible, and glossy threads by adding extra twist to linen No. 66 yarns using the water-twistmethod. The fabric woven from the original Cale-developed yarns results in a shirt material that highlights itsnatural whiteness and exudes elegance. (＊The water-twist technique involves passing each fiber through waterand twisting it while wet, aligning with the direction the fiber is spun. This process incorporates the fibers, reducingfuzziness and creating a smoother yarn. Additionally, the twisting can be done with greater force than usual,increasing the number of twists and high rotations.) The high-twist yarn results in a seersucker material, enhancingits luxurious feel. To leverage the texture and provide stable sizing, the fabric is finished with finer overlockstitching, temporary tacking with a lockstitch machine, and felled seams. Combined with a classic design, thisresults in a timeless, valuable shirt.
