CIOTA's classic baggy jeans are an homage to the 90's Levi's 560 made in America.
Fully renewed for 24AW, this baggy model is based on the loose-fit denim styles of the 1990s, reinterpreted with a deeper rise and longer inseam for a more contemporary balance.
The result is a relaxed silhouette that feels loose, yet never overly casual.
The fabric is made from kibata denim, an unfinished denim that has not undergone standard finishing processes such as desizing, preshrinking, skew correction, or singeing.
For the blue denim, the warp uses slub yarn dyed with synthetic indigo.
For the black and grey denim, the warp uses rope-dyed sulfur-dyed yarn with a white core.
The weft is made from Suvin cotton, and the fabric is slowly woven on a traditional shuttle loom to create a richly textured selvedge denim.
As the jeans have already been washed and dried, there is no need to worry about significant shrinkage with regular home washing.
Although generously cut, the silhouette still carries a refined appearance, making it easy to pair naturally with both sneakers and leather shoes.
It combines the firm, authentic texture unique to unfinished denim with the supple comfort of Suvin cotton. Over time, the fabric develops a natural patina and fading, allowing each pair to evolve into something uniquely personal.

As this style is made from unfinished kibata denim without additional garment finishing, slight shrinkage may occur around the zipper area after washing, which can create a subtle wavy appearance.
