The Tieasy Authentic classic was born from the desire to make universal and strong cut sew using with
Japanese traditional knitting machine. The production iscarried out with an old texture machine inherited
soon after the war around East Japan. Our skillful craftsmen spend many hours on a knitting machine
setting which enables to create high-density cotton.
Tieasy is a high quality Cut and Sew band “Made in Japan” produced by traditional craftsmanship of
the old days in Japan. We will continue to introduce the courteous and delicate traditional Japanese
technology, being proud of them, so as to present a simple cut-and-sew using good materials fit to
everyone’ s life.

【Composition】
100% COTTON
HDCS COTTON is slowly knit up with high density at the speed of about 1/3 compared with
the cotton cloth used for a common T-shirt.　As for the cotton cloth for strong cotton with
the wash-out feeling, a thread is cut as soon as we let setting be out of order. It is very
delicate cloth and only Japanese expert craftsman can knit these fabric.
